About the manufacturing process:

The workshop that creates this notebook specializes in making decorations. All their products are handmade, and the time taken to create each one reflects their unique quality.

For over 30 years, the workshop has been working in partnership with a small charitable organization located in Thailand that helps women find profitable activities within their rural communities, rather than leaving their families to work in the city.

Today, nearly 200 women work from home to assemble and sew these decorations. The workshop is proud to be a member of the BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Suppliers) and supports the ten principles of fair trade, as indicated by the World Fair Trade Organization.
